EXCHANGES / REFUNDS / REPLACEMENTS:

Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the delicate and energy-based nature of crystals and jewellery, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly share unboxing photos or videos for us to assist you promptly. We will arrange a replacement or issue store credit as per your preference.

Refunds:
Refunds are processed only in case of order cancellation before dispatch or if a replacement is not possible for a damaged item. Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Order Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.
